Article 27.
(Referendum and other forms of consultation)

1. An appropriate regulatory framework, approved by the National Board with the vote of an absolute majority of its members, govern the conduct of referendums and other forms of internal consultation and participation in decision-making of the Party, including those held by the Information System for participation.
